  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Home Recipe
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 salmon fillets, fresh, without skin
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups quinoa, Cooked
  • 2 teaspoons Margarine with salt I Can not Believe It's Not Butter®, for the garnish
  • 300 grams green bean, cooked and in pieces, for the garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups chickpea, cooked, for the garnish
  • 1 red pepper, in strips, for the lining
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seed, toasted, for garnish

Preparation

Mix Hellmann's® Casera with rosemary. Reserve.
Season on both sides, the salmon fillets with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth and varnish them with the Hellmann's® Home mix.
Cover the salmon with the cooked quinoa in a breaded way and cook over medium low heat in a pan until they are well browned on both sides.
For the garnish, melt the margarine and cook the green beans, chickpeas and peppers over medium heat until the peppers are soft.
Add the sesame seeds and mix.
Serve each salmon fillet accompanied by a portion of vegetables.

TIPS

If necessary, bake the salmon fillets at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
