  • 1 kilo salmon fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • mayonnaise, To accompany

Preparation

Heat the grill over medium heat.
Manually chop salmon steak with a food processor. Combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, dill and salt in a deep bowl.
Form with hands 8 burgers.
Cook the burgers in a pan with a little oil, 5 minutes on each side.
