Preparation
Heat the grill over medium heat.
Manually chop salmon steak with a food processor. Combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, dill and salt in a deep bowl.
Form with hands 8 burgers.
Cook the burgers in a pan with a little oil, 5 minutes on each side.
Serve the hamburgers on the hamburger buns, accompanied by mayonnaise.
