Preparation
Spit salmon slices and let them sit in the refrigerator.
Wash the spinach very well, cut off the stems and sauté them in a little butter until they turn a strong green color. Season with salt. Accommodate them in the dish or refractory where you will present the dish.
Sauté the mushrooms with the garlic in the other butter pot, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over spinach.
Grease the pan with a little olive oil and fry the pieces of fish, about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Set them on the vegetable bed and serve. You can accompany it with a glass of white wine or fresh red wine.
