Delicious salmon cut in a nutritious and healthy bed of spinach with mushrooms sprinkled with garlic. Ready in less than half an hour! Ideal for beginners who want to show off for a special lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 bunches fresh spinach
  • 150 grams mushroom, washed and cut into slices
  • salt, and pepper
  • olive oils
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Spit salmon slices and let them sit in the refrigerator.
Wash the spinach very well, cut off the stems and sauté them in a little butter until they turn a strong green color. Season with salt. Accommodate them in the dish or refractory where you will present the dish.
Sauté the mushrooms with the garlic in the other butter pot, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over spinach.
Grease the pan with a little olive oil and fry the pieces of fish, about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Set them on the vegetable bed and serve. You can accompany it with a glass of white wine or fresh red wine.
