Salmon in Jamaica Sauce and Serrano Chili

If you are a salmon lover you have to try this recipe, in just 3 steps you will have a rich and juicy salmon in jamaica and chile serrano sauce, with a spectacular acid touch. It is a great way to use the flowers of your jamaica water of the week and have a sophisticated dish in a two by three.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of purple Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of echalote finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of chile serrano

  • 2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 2 pieces of salmon fillet without skin, 200 gc / u
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

    Preparation

    For the sauce, in a deep frying pan or in a pot, heat the oil and cook the purple onion, the echalotte, the chile serrano, and the jamaica. Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar and cook 10 minutes or until integrated. Rectify seasoning and reserve.
    In a pan, cook the salmon with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

    PRESENTATION

    me quedo delicioso aunque no fue con salmón, pero fue con filete acompañado con sopa de arroz blanco y ensalada verde con frutos frascos y un vino tinto seco..... mmmmmmm
