The salmon wallpaper is a delicious preparation, and above all very healthy. It is a dish full of omega-3, where the yellow lemon and onion perfumed the fish, giving it an unparalleled flavor.

Ingredients

  • 60 milliliters of Oil Oleic®
  • 1 piece of Fresh salmon loin with skin (of 1.5 kg approximately) match in 4
  • 700 grams of chinese beans
  • 4 pieces of yellow lemon
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • 120 milliliters of lemon juice
  • 4 spoonfuls of dill
  • 4 spoonfuls of capers
  • 1/2 Cup of olive slice
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of aluminum foil

    Preparation

    With the help of a mandolin, finely slice the yellow lemon. Cut the onion into slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Cut the green beans in half.
    In a bowl add the lemon, vegetables, capers and olives. Stir well and reserve.
    Salt the fish and add dill.
    Marina the fish in the mixture that you prepared of lemon and vegetables. After 2 hours, remove it from the marinade. Strain the vegetables from the marinade and keep only a little of the juice.
    Cut squares of 30 x 30 cm. of aluminum foil. In the center of a square of aluminum foil (on the brighter side), pour a tablespoon of oil. Place the fish on top. Add a little of the vegetables and pour a couple of tablespoons of the marinade juice.
    Close the aluminum foil as tightly as possible. Repeat this step with all the salmon.
    Place the salmon packets with aluminum foil on a skillet at medium heat. Cook on each side about 10 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a salad of spinach and tomato.

    TIPS

    Try not to overcook the salmon, this one has to be a bit raw. So it is necessary to check the cooking before the indicated time.
