Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 pieces of salmon fillet 200g each
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dill
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 piece of avocado for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of basil for the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream for the sauce
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk for the sauce
  • to taste of salt and pepper for the sauce
  • to taste of dill finely chopped, to decorate
  • to taste of yellow lemon sliced, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a marine bowl, the salmon with the olive oil, the salt of grain, the pepper, the dill, the basil, and the garlic during 30 minutes.
    Heat a pan with the butter over medium heat and cook the previously marinated salmon, 10 minutes or at the desired end.
    For the avocado sauce, blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth mixture. Reserve.
    Serve the salmon on a plate and pour the sauce on top. Garnish with chopped dill and slices of yellow lemon.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a flat plate and garnish with dill and slices of yellow lemon.

    TIPS

    Add a few drops of lemon to your avocado to prevent it from rusting.
