Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of salmon loin fresh, about 1 1/2 kilo
  • 90 grams of Butter softened
  • 1 Cup of White wine
  • 120 grams of watercress without thick stems
  • 300 grams of Mayonnaise
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh parsley
  • lemon juice of 1 piece
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Place the salmon on a baking sheet and cover it with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
    Around the salmon, place the thyme and parsley previously disinfected. Dip the salmon and herbs with the white wine and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
    Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 180ºC for 20 or 30 minutes. When ready, remove the tray from the oven and place only the salmon in a platter.
    To prepare the watercress mayonnaise, mix the mayonnaise with the previously washed watercress and the lemon juice.
    Finally, with the help of a spoon or a pastry bag, decorate the salmon with watercress mayonnaise.
    To serve, accompany the salmon with fresh watercress and a few slices of lemon as garnish.
