Fresh and tasty salmon with soy and maple syrup, accompany this delicious salmon with a pilaf rice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 salmon fillets, of 150 gr

Preparation

Hydrate soy, maple syrup, orange juice, 2 cloves of garlic and water.
Add the mixture to the salmon. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Bake at 200ºC until lightly browned.
Serve immediately and accompany with orange slices.
