If you like dips and smoked salmon, this impressive filling stuffed with a smooth and creamy dip of cream cheese with olives, capers, chives, a little cucumber, old-style mustard and a delicate layer of avocado will become your favorite.

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 4 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups green olive, finely chopped for the dip
  • 3 tablespoons capers, finely chopped for the dip
  • 1/3 cups chives, finely chopped for the dip
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into cubes for the dip
  • 3 tablespoons old mustard, for dip
  • 2 tablespoons sauce, macha, for dip
  • 1/4 cups smoked oyster, finely chopped for dip
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, for dip
  • 2 avocados, cut into sheets
  • 500 grams smoked salmon, to cover the dip
  • 2 cups arugula, to decorate
  • to taste croutons, of bread, thin for serve

Preparation

For the dip, in a bowl mix the cream cheese with the olives, the capers, the scallion, the cucumber, the old-fashioned mustard, the macha sauce, the smoked oysters, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
On a table covered with non-stick plastic, place the dip in the shape of a crown, flatten slightly with the help of a spatula or plastic, place the avocado slices and cover with more dip, with the help of plastic and your hands form the crown, reserve in refrigeration for 20 minutes.
Remove from refrigerantion and cover with salmon slices, decorate with arugula, yellow lemon, capers and serve with bread croutons.

TIPS

You could also use a thread mold to make a terrine. Decorate just before serving, as lemon slices can change the appearance of salmon for acidity.
