Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 can sardine
  • 1/4 kilos fresh cheese, fallen apart
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 lemons, just the juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, crumble the sardine with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the last lemon juice.
Garnish with a slice of avocado and a slice of onion on top.

PRESENTATION

It can be served on toast or placed in the form of half a ball on a plate

TIPS

You can accompany with crackers or toast to your liking.
