Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 onion, big
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 1 broccoli, big
  • 1 cauliflower, big
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • corn, Canned
  • bechamel sauces, to taste
  • 1 kilo shrimp
  • oils
  • butter
  • salt
  • pecorino cheese, to taste

Preparation

First put the broccoli, the cauliflower, the carrot and the shrimp separately to boil in salted water, cooked and remove the water and let stand.
In a hot pot add the oil followed by the butter so that the butter does not burn.
Add the chopped garlic in small pieces, followed by the onion cut in feathers, then add the canes of the paprika preferably green to add flavor to the dish, add the carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and corn followed by the bechamel sauce, let cook for 10 min.
Add the shrimp and let cook for 8 more minutes. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Then put out the heat, let stand 2 min, add the pecorino cheese over the preparation and gratin until it is crunchy and very golden brown. Serve immediately and serve with toast.

PRESENTATION

Put in a deep dish and decorate with a sprig of cilantro.
