Enjoy this delicious seafood noodle dish, with the delicious combination of Kikkoman® soy sauce, ginger, noodles, shrimp, squid, mussel and some crunchy vegetables. Share it with all your family and friends!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water, hot, to cook the noodle
  • 1 cup egg and wheat noodles
  • 1/4 cups ginger, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® hoisin sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Kikkoman® soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion, finely chopped, with everything and tail
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp, clean, without shell
  • 1/2 cups squid
  • 1 cup mussels, clean
  • 1 cup shrimp, cleansed
  • 1 cup carrot, in thin strips
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, in thin strips
  • 1/2 cups chinese pea
  • enough sesame seed, to decorate

Preparation

To cook the noodle. In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles over medium heat according to package directions (about 6 minutes) or until the noodles are cooked through. Drain, cool in a stream of cold water and reserve.
For the sauce. In a bowl mix the ginger with the muscovado sugar, Kikkoman® soy sauce and Kikkoman® Hoisin Sauce until all the ingredients are integrated.
In a wok or deep frying pan, pour the peanut oil and cook the onion; Let it caramelize for 2 minutes, add the garlic, shrimp, squid, mussels and prawns and sauté for 6 minutes until the shrimp change color.
Add the carrot, pepper and peas, sauté to mix everything; Add the cooked noodles and the previously mixed sauce, cook for 8 minutes.
Serve on an extended plate, garnish with sesame and accompany with a rich iced tea.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate decorated with sesame.

TIPS

You can use rice noodles and it is the same cooking procedure.
