Preparation
To cook the noodle. In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles over medium heat according to package directions (about 6 minutes) or until the noodles are cooked through. Drain, cool in a stream of cold water and reserve.
For the sauce. In a bowl mix the ginger with the muscovado sugar, Kikkoman® soy sauce and Kikkoman® Hoisin Sauce until all the ingredients are integrated.
In a wok or deep frying pan, pour the peanut oil and cook the onion; Let it caramelize for 2 minutes, add the garlic, shrimp, squid, mussels and prawns and sauté for 6 minutes until the shrimp change color.
Add the carrot, pepper and peas, sauté to mix everything; Add the cooked noodles and the previously mixed sauce, cook for 8 minutes.
Serve on an extended plate, garnish with sesame and accompany with a rich iced tea.
