  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in medium strips

  • 1 cup shrimp, whole and clean
  • 1 cup squid, in hoops
  • 1 cup octopus, cooked cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Seasoning juice

  • 2 cups Oaxaca cheese, crumbled

In a skillet with enough hot oil, sauté the onion until transparent. Add the green, red and yellow bell pepper, and cook for a few minutes. Add the mushroom, shrimp, squid rings and cooked octopus. Add the seasoning sauce, salt and pepper to taste; Mix and cook for 6 minutes over low heat. Place the Oaxaca cheese crumbled, melt and remove from the heat.
