The perfect lunch and dinner to prepare quickly and spoil your partner and / or guests with this recipe for tuna fish with asparagus sealed.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 fresh tuna steaks
  • 1 jar green olive
  • olive oils
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • 1 kilo asparagus

Preparation

After washing the asparagus, cut the stem (only the white part).
In a pan, serve olive oil over a regular heat and place the asparagus. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
While you take care of the asparagus, prepare the tuna fish markets. Try to check that they are not frozen. If they are ready, prepare a pan with olive oil and lightly simmer. Place the slices of tuna and let them seal leaving 3 minutes on one side and three minutes on the other to leave the raw center.
Sprinkle pepper and salt to taste on the slices of tuna on each side before finishing sealing. Once ready, place them in a place where they can not be cooled.
Cut the olives into slices.
Wait until the asparagus is ready and serve everything together.
