Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the cream cheese with green onions, tabasco, cilantro, and pepper.
Clean the stems of celery and cut them like the pieces of the photo.
Put on them 1 tablespoons of cream cheese filling and put on one side.
Take the shrimp and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
In a large hot pan, seal shrimp approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, be sure to overcook them.
Put a shrimp on each celery with cheese, use the chopsticks to stay in place.
