In this ceviche the shrimp are cooked in lemon juice, with a touch of ketchup and spicy. It is served with avocados, cilantro and crackers.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups red onion, chopped
  • 6 cups Water
  • 3/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/3 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Cut the onion finely as does the cilantro.
Put 6 cups of water with 1/4 cup of lemon juice to boil.
Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes.
Dry the shrimp and rinse with cold water.
Peel the shrimp.
Mix the shrimp with 1/2 cup of lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and let cool for 1 hour.
Add the onion, catsup, cilantro, avocado, hot sauce, olive oil, and salt to the shrimp.
Mix and serve in cocktail glasses.

De verdad? Qué receta tan decepcionante! Los camarones deberían estar marinados con el limón!

una cosa es ceviche y otra muy diferente coktel de camaron A esto no se le llama ceviche, el camaron devera estar crudo completamente y solo se dejara media hora en jugo de limon, se revuelve bien y se le agregan las demas cosas , el aguacate solo se usa al momento de servir en tostadas o copa coctelera,
