These rich and easy shrimp are made with a tomato, bacon, onion and garlic sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 600 grams of medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Red pepper powdered
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon chopped
  • 1 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce (preferably marinara)
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh parsley chopped
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 1 bread To accompany

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, red pepper, salt and pepper.
    Heat a pan and cook the shrimp until lightly browned, 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan.
    Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan and brown the onions, garlic and bacon for 4-5 minutes.
    Return the shrimp and add the tomato sauce. Cook until the shrimp are well cooked (3-5 minutes).

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with pasta or bread.

    TIPS

    You can also add more spice if you wish.
