These rich and easy shrimp are made with a tomato, bacon, onion and garlic sauce.

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, red pepper, salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and cook the shrimp until lightly browned, 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan.
Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan and brown the onions, garlic and bacon for 4-5 minutes.
Return the shrimp and add the tomato sauce. Cook until the shrimp are well cooked (3-5 minutes).
