Ingredients

4 servings
  • 800 grams of shrimp big
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of lettuce chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree
  • 1 bouquet of coriander fresh
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of ketchup
  • 8 Corn tortillas

    Preparation

    First, make the tomato sauce, mix the tomato puree, the cilantro and the chilies.
    Then make the special dressing by mixing mayonnaise, pepper and ketchup.
    Once the two sauces are ready, the shrimp are peeled and cleaned. Season with salt and pepper.
    Two bowls are made ready, in one with the beaten eggs and other with the crumbled or ground bread. Each shrimp is passed first through the egg and then through the bread.
    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp. Then place them on paper towels so that the grease is drained off and absorbed.
    The tacos are assembled by placing the shrimp in a corn tortilla, along with the lettuce, the dressing, the sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    The tacos are served accompanied by more dressing and sauce, they can also be served with lemons.
