Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 sea ​​bass fillets
  • 1 pound mushroom, filleted
  • 1 pound Double cream cheese, in slices
  • 1/4 onions, chopped bighead
  • 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
  • 1 cup milk cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oils

Preparation

Sauté the fillets with the olive oil salpimentado.
In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with the salt in olive oil until the onion crystallizes, then add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are golden brown you put the cream and the milk leaves them to boil for 5 minutes and then throws the steaks already sauteed and let them boil for 10 minutes.
You turn off the fire, place the slices of cheese and let stand for 5 minutes more covered so that the cheese is gratinated and ready to serve can be accompanied with a white rice and patacones.
