Delicious salmon stuffed with a mixture of goat cheese with pine nuts, spinach and dried tomatoes; Served with a creamy spinach sauce. The perfect combination that you will love!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion finely chopped, for filling
  • 2 cups of spinach chopped, for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of dehydrated tomato finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of asparagus cut and bleached, for filling
  • 2 cups of goat cheese crumbled¸ for filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of pinion for the filling
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the filling
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the filling
  • 1 kilo of fresh salmon open in half
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of spinach bleached, for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of Nestle media creama for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of goat cheese for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the sauce

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling, season to your liking, reserve.
    On a baking sheet fill the salmon with the previous preparation, season with salt and pepper, bathe with a few drops of olive oil and bake about 15 minutes or until it is perfectly cooked.
    For the sauce, blend all the ingredients in the T-fal® InfinyForce blender with the “sauce” function.
    Heat a T-fal® pot over medium heat and melt the butter, cook the sauce 10 minutes, season to your liking.
    Serve the salmon with a sauce base and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salmon over spinach sauce and sprinkle with goat cheese.

    TIPS

    So that you have a pretty salmon sauce, whiten the spinach, this means cooking for two minutes in boiling water and soaking in cold water to stop cooking.
