Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 cups white onion, finely chopped, for filling
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated tomato, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 cups asparagus, cut and bleached, for filling
  • 2 cups goat cheese, crumbled¸ for filling
  • 1/4 cups pinion, for the filling
  • 1 pinch salt, for the filling
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for the filling
  • 1 kilo fresh salmon, open in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 cup spinach, bleached, for the sauce
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese, for the sauce
  • 1 pinch salt, for the sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for the sauce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling, season to your liking, reserve.
On a baking sheet fill the salmon with the previous preparation, season with salt and pepper, bathe with a few drops of olive oil and bake about 15 minutes or until it is perfectly cooked.
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients in the T-fal® InfinyForce blender with the “sauce” function.
Heat a T-fal® pot over medium heat and melt the butter, cook the sauce 10 minutes, season to your liking.
Serve the salmon with a sauce base and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salmon over spinach sauce and sprinkle with goat cheese.

TIPS

So that you have a pretty salmon sauce, whiten the spinach, this means cooking for two minutes in boiling water and soaking in cold water to stop cooking.
