This spicy squid recipe is ideal for lunchtime. Delicious cream with a touch of mustard and spicy sauce and sautéed squid rings.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cups of squid in hoops
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 6 spoonfuls of Huichol Habanero® sauce
  • 1 gram of White pepper milled
  • 2 grams of Salt
  • 5 grams of parsley in twig to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat the butter in a medium pot over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion for 3 minutes, add the squid rings and cook for 3 more minutes.
    Add the whipping cream, the mustard, the Huichol Habanera sauce and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season, remove from heat, add parsley and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish and accompany with bread.

    TIPS

    You can use American mustard.
