Heat the butter in a medium pot over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion for 3 minutes, add the squid rings and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the whipping cream, the mustard, the Huichol Habanera sauce and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season, remove from heat, add parsley and serve.
