Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into large squares, julienne onion, mix in a bowl, add vinegar and crushed garlic.
Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of margarine when it is melted under the fire and place the mixture in the bowl until the tomatoes soften.
Mix cornstarch and spices separately. Pass the fish through it, shake it to remove the excess.
Pass it on egg whites later. Fry enough margarine in a separate pan.
Mix the spinach and capers in a salad bowl. Mix the tomato sauce with the soft tomatoes and add to the salad bowl.
Serve on fish
