Preparation
Cut the 8 eggs in half and with a spoon remove the yolks. In a container save half of the yolks (4 eggs).
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, lemon juice, chili pepper and hot sauce. Add the crab and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the yolks of the eggs and mix well with the crab.
Fill the egg whites with the crab stuffing and place on a serving plate. You can refrigerate up to 3-4 hours before serving.
