This rich recipe consists of a canned crab stuffing (or you can use tuna) with mayonnaise and spices inside hard-boiled eggs.

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 8 eggs, hard peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 tablespoons pequin pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoons spicy sauce, tabasco type
  • 250 grams canned crab meat, shredded

Preparation

Cut the 8 eggs in half and with a spoon remove the yolks. In a container save half of the yolks (4 eggs).
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, lemon juice, chili pepper and hot sauce. Add the crab and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the yolks of the eggs and mix well with the crab.
Fill the egg whites with the crab stuffing and place on a serving plate. You can refrigerate up to 3-4 hours before serving.

PRESENTATION

Decorate your dish with a little chili powder or some leaves of rosemary or parsley.

TIPS

If you do not have crab you can use canned tuna.
