Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 jars Bogador® jackknife clam
  • 1 jar Navajas Bogador®
  • 1 jar Bogador® clams
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons chili pepper, color
  • 1/2 cups caldillo, of coverage of seafood jars
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, hard, cut on wheels
  • 1/2 cups grated cheese

Preparation

Remove the bread crumbs and put them in a bowl with the milk. Reserve for 10 minutes. Remove the bread crumbs with your hands and squeeze to remove excess milk. Fry the onion and the colored pepper in oil.
Add the tomato sauce, the breadcrumbs and the shellfish broth. Place the seafood cut in 3 or 4 pieces and the egg in a dish.
