A delicious and fresh salad for the summer, we present a perfect accompaniment for your meals, a very refreshing and healthy version of the classic salad of surimi, cucumber, carrot, mayonnaise and cream. It is perfect for a picnic.

Ingredients

7 portions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream
  • soy sauce, to taste
  • white peppers, to taste

Preparation

Grate the cucumber, surimi and carrot.
Mix the vegetables, mayonnaise, cream and season with pepper and soy sauce. Stir well and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a wooden bowl.
