Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 3 cups of surimi cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of sauce macha
  • 1/2 Cup of corn kernels yellow
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Clemente Jacques® Ranch Dressing
  • to taste of Romaine lettuce nice big leaves
  • 1 Cup of Italian Baked Croutons Clemente Jacques® For salad and for topping
  • to taste of coriander at your service

    Preparation

    For the salad, in a bowl mix the onion with the surimi, the cucumber, the cuaresmeño chile, the cilantro, the salsa macha, the yellow elotitos, season with the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper and the ranch dressing. Add the Clement Jacques® Italian Croutons and mix until incorporated.
    To build your tacos, put the romaine lettuce on a board and with the help of a cutter, cut lettuce circles and serve the salad you made before, decorate with coriander leaves and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve your tacos with the salad decorated with cilantro leaves and accompany with a refreshing drink.

    TIPS

    Instead of salt you can season with celery salt. Do not prepare the taquitos so early, to prevent the lettuce from soaking.
