Preparation
Cut the surimi into strips, split the onion into strips and garlic finely.
Later we add 1/2 bar of butter to a frying pan and add the onion and the garlic, we let acitronar.
When the onion is transparent add the surimi.
Wash and count the spinach and after 10 minutes of cooking add them to the pan.
Since all the ingredients are incorporated in the pan add the English sauce, cover the pan for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes of cooking, remove from the heat and add the striped manchego cheese and cover the pan for another 5 minutes to make it gratine.
Once ready, serve in flour tortillas and roll up.
