The sweat of fish with coconut is an exquisite recipe to share at lunch with the family.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 fish
  • grated coconuts, the necessary
  • 1 onion, bighead, finely chopped
  • small boxes tomtato, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • lemons
  • Maggi juices
  • fresh coriander, and cimarron chopped to taste
  • red peppers
  • Ground cumin, to taste

Preparation

Fry the tomato, onion, grated garlic, red paprika, add the maggi juice and cumin. For three minutes.
Put the pesacdo in a saucepan and add boiled water, then wash it well and add the lemon.
Blend the coconut with little water, then strain and put it in a container, reserve.
Pour the fish into the pan where it is refried and add a little coconut milk.
Then we add the salt to taste and put on fire about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add the coconut milk that we had reserved, and cilantro and cimarron.
Put back on fire for 3 more minutes.
Serve hot and accompany it with white rice and green plantain.
