Preparation

Place an extended corn tortilla on a board and add the Tuna to the Herdez® pibil, roll into a taco shape. Form several and reserve. Remember that the tortilla must be hot to be able to handle it.
In a skillet over medium heat heat the vegetable oil, fry the tacos for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and reserve.
For the tatemada sauce, blend the roasted tomatoes with the roasted garlic, the roasted onion, the roasted allspice, the toasted whole cumin, the oregano and the orange juice; season with salt.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the sauce that you have just blended for 10 minutes. Reservation.
For the xnipec sauce, in a bowl mix the red onion with the habanero peppers, add the lemon juice and orange juice, season with oregano, salt and pepper and marinate for 1 hour. Reservation.
Serve some tatemada sauce on an extended plate, place the tacos, add avocado slices, the xnipec sauce and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Saludos.
