Delicious salmon fillet with a touch of tangerine, honey and pineapple.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 pineapples, in slices
  • 2 cups tangerine juice
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 centimeter ginger
  • 1 anise, star
  • chunks cinnamon
  • 10 Hibiscus flowers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cube salt
  • 1 to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Season the salmon fillets and let them rest in a refractory oven. Place each one on a slice of pineapple.
In a pot boil the mandarin juice with honey, ginger, anise, cinnamon, jamaica and soy until the sauce is reduced by half, about 20 minutes.
Strain the sauce and pour over the salmon fillets. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot bathed in your sauce.

PRESENTATION

It can be served with a very light green salad to decorate the dish.
