A delicious tartare of salmon to make on Valentine's Day or any romantic occasion.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Finely chop the salmon and mix with the onion, capers, olive oil, balsamic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the tartar in a heart-shaped cookie cutter on the two serving plates and remove the cutter.
Decorate the plate with the avocado in slices and the cherry tomato.

PRESENTATION

Different forms of cookie cutters can be used.

TIPS

Place a few drops of lemon on the avocado so it does not turn black.
