Preparation
Cut the fish into small squares and boil the water.
As soon as the water boils, add the fish and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the fish immediately and let cool.
Place the fish in a bowl and pour the lemon and orange juice.
Let marinate for 1 hour inside the refrigerator.
In a bowl, mix the onion with the tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, chilies, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the fish with half the juice in which it was macerated.
Mix all the ingredients and serve in large teaspoons on a platter as a snack.
