Preparation
Marine the shrimp in the honey in a refractory and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before starting to cook.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and brown the garlic for 1 minute. Add the tree chili and brown for 1 minute more.
Add the shrimp marinated in honey and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Add the tequila and allow the shrimp to cook for 2 more minutes allowing the tequila to evaporate. Get out of the fire.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
