Preparation
In a bowl, mix the corn dough with the water, the lard, the salt and knead until completely integrated. Cover and set aside.
For the marinade, blend the onion with chilies, sugar, pepper, vinegar, orange juice, tomato, water, salt, garlic and cinnamon until you get a smooth mixture. Marinate the shrimp with this mixture for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a frying pan with oil at medium temperature cook the shrimp until they are done, adjust the seasoning and set aside.

With your hands, form balls from the corn masa dough, flatten it out in an oval shape, fill with a spoonful of beans and then fold to close. Give it the shape of tlacoyo, cook on a griddle over medium heat until golden brown.
Serve the tlacoyos with the shrimp, decorate with the sour cream, onion, cilantro, avocado, fresh cheese and accompany with green sauce. Serve.
