The recipe for tuna tart is very easy, fast and delicious. The taste of tuna complemented by a variety of vegetables served with a puff pastry. Try it everyone will love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 30 grams capers
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1 cup white onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, chopped red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups olive, finely chopped
  • 4 pickled chili peppers, whole lengths
  • olive oils
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • puff pastry
  • leaves bay (laurel)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 260º. Have ready the puff pastry dough, stretched and put on a cake mold adhered with oil spray.
In a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic with the olive oil.
Add bay leaves, olives and capers to the preparation. Stir.
Add the fully drained tuna and the tomato.
Remove the bay leaves and add the whole chiles, without stem. Cover (put salt and pepper to taste) let stand for a minute. In warm stirring the preparation together the egg whites
When our stew is, pass it to the dough already put. Cover, with another layer of puff pastry. Make sure to make holes.
Varnish with egg yolk. Put in the oven.

PRESENTATION

Serve over mashed potatoes when leaving the oven. Accompany with a glass of red wine

TIPS

Put less than the amount of salt used, because the olives are very salty. Adhere the layers on the shore with yolk.
