This recipe for tuna skewers with shrimp marinated with Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce is ideal to share with the family. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups fresh tuna, diced for skewers
  • 2 cups cheap shrimp
  • 1/4 cups ginger, fresh and grated, to marinate
  • 2 tablespoons chili seeds, to marinate
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, to marinate
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, to marinate
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar, to marinate
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped, to marinate
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, finely chopped, to marinate
  • 1 tablespoon lemon tea, fresh and finely chopped, to marinate
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, to marinate
  • 1/2 cups Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce, to marinate
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, to marinate
  • skewer sticks
  • 6 bell pepper, baby, colored, skewered
  • 6 cambray onions, girls, for skewers
  • 6 mushrooms, cut in half, skewer size
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons chili seeds
  • enough peppermint, to decorate
  • enough chives, to decorate
  • enough coriander, to decorate
  • enough ginger, in foil, to decorate
  • enough cabbage, Chinese, to accompany salad

Preparation

To marinate, add the ginger, the chili seeds, the garlic, the cayenne pepper, the muscovado sugar, the coriander, the peppermint, the lemon tea, the sesame oil, the Kikkoman® soy sauce with lemon and lemon juice. Mix perfectly with the tuna and shrimp and let rest for 15 minutes.
Form the skewers with the tuna and the marinated shrimp together with the colored peppers, the chambray onion and the mushrooms.
Prepare a mixture with olive oil, Kikkoman® soy sauce with lemon, black pepper and chili seeds. Varnish the skewers with this mixture and cook them on the grill for approximately 10 min.
Garnish with coriander sprouts and accompany with a Chinese cabbage salad.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with sprouts and accompany with salad.
