Preparation
Cut the tuna into small cubes. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Add the tuna to this mixture and stir gently.
Serve the tuna in 4 ramekin molds. To take to the table, unmold each ramekin in the center of a medium plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
