This recipe was my mom's favorite, she always prepared it for us with a lot of love. I accompanied it with arepas or bread.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 leek cut into wheels
  • 2 cups of broccoli chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic chopped or crushed
  • 1 Red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of bean chopped
  • 1 Cup of carrot cut into strips
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 cans of tuna large or 5 standard
  • 1 Cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 package of green olive

    Preparation

    In a pan heat the oil and sauté a little pore, cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Add the broccoli, carrot, pepper, beans, salt and pepper. Top.
    Mix and let cook for 15 minutes, rectify the seasoning.
    Remove from heat, add tuna, parsley, olives and tomato sauce, mix well and let stand.
    Serve it with toast, arepas or bread.

    PRESENTATION

    You can serve it with a sauceboat and served with toast or crackers.

    TIPS

    For better preservation store in the refrigerator in a covered glass container. If you want a stronger flavor, you can add a few sweet clavitos when cooking.
