Preparation
Chop finely the tomato (without seeds), the onion and the parsley and mix in a bowl.
Add the tuna to the bowl and season with the juice of the lemons, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cut the avocados in half and remove their skin, pass a few drops of lemon on them to prevent them from getting brown.
Fill the avocados with the tuna salad.
