Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, with chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons Seasoning juice
  • 3 dehydrated tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 twig rosemary, chopped
  • 8 tortillas, flour
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sauce, or tomato concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili, in optional marinade
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

Preparation

Mix the tuna with the first 4 ingredients.
Form the burrito with the help of the tortillas, fold the tips inwards to avoid the tuna coming out and rolling up.
Place the burritos in a salty pan and brown them on both sides.
For the sauce: In a pan over moderate heat, place the olive oil, shallot, garlic and sugar, let saute a few minutes until it begins to caramelize.
We pepper and remove from the fire. If we want to give a more sweet and itchy touch, before removing from the heat add the marinade of the chipotle peppers, mix and remove from the heat.
We add the ketchup sauce, the English sauce, the tomato concentrate, the honey and the paprika. Mix in a processor or blender. We rectify flavor.

PRESENTATION

Serve the burritos on some leaves of lettuce or salad and accompany with the homemade BBQ sauce.

TIPS

It depends on the taste of each person the sauce can be sweeter or more spicy. Instead of rosemary you can use another herb, dill, oregano, thyme.
