Soft potato pancakes accompanied with the salad or garnish of your choice. This is a homemade dish that is easy to prepare, loves kids and adults. Pamper everyone at home with this delight.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 potatoes
  • 200 grams canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • oil, to fry

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in 1 liter and a half of water, let them cook approx. 45 minutes or until they are soft.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and wait for them to cool a bit and then peel them.
Place the potatoes in a sturdy container and begin to flatten them into a puree.
Once the puree is done, add the salt, the egg, flour and breadcrumbs.
Mix gently until the ingredients are incorporated and add the tuna.
Place some ground bread on a plate.
With a soup spoon take a bit of the potato mixture, form balls and flatten them a bit.
Pass them through the ground bread and fry in hot oil.
Since they are fried, pass them to a plate with kitchen towels to absorb the fat. Serve.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany them with salad, garnish or any sauce of your choice.

TIPS

Spread a little oil on your hands at the time of making the pancakes, so that the mixture does not stick to you. You can add a spice of your preference if you wish. Try not to use too much oil Serve hot.
