Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 cups soy, hydrated, drained and squeezed
  • 1 kilo tomtato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 500 grams potato, Cooked and diced
  • 1 can güero pepper
  • 1 jar olive
  • 1/4 liters olive oil
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, disinfected washing and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups almond, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

The tomatoes are liquefied together with the clove of garlic and an onion.
In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and add the garlic and onion, then the potatoes, the parsley, olives and long chilies; cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the tuna with all the ingredients, separately mix the remaining oil with the soy, let stand for 10 minutes and add to the previous mixture; cook it for 5 minutes.
Finally, pour the liquefied and cook for 10 minutes, when moving be careful not to beat. Serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Place 2 or 3 long chilies in the center of the dish, surround it with some olives and cut parsley.

TIPS

It is important to drain the soy very well so that it absorbs the flavors of the stew.

Muy buena receta, como sugerencia seria mejor que le pusieran Atún y Soya a la Vizcaína... eso de Bacalao de Atún suena muy raro!

Me encantó esta receta! Una opción rconómicay rica. Además que en lo personal me rindió para 6 porciones. Lo acompañé con frijolitos refritos y pan francés. De chiles aquí en Alemania me fué dificil conseguir el guüero así que usé uno tipo serrano que igual lo dejó picosito y pico :)
