Preparation
The tomatoes are liquefied together with the clove of garlic and an onion.
In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and add the garlic and onion, then the potatoes, the parsley, olives and long chilies; cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the tuna with all the ingredients, separately mix the remaining oil with the soy, let stand for 10 minutes and add to the previous mixture; cook it for 5 minutes.
