One day I wanted to leave the traditional food, I wanted to prepare something that had vegetables, tuna and pasta so that my children could eat some of the recommended foods in the plate of good food and I came up with this recipe. Hope you like!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 package elbow pasta , Cooked
  • 1 cup pea, Cooked
  • 2 cups carrot, cooked and chopped in cubes
  • 1 cup celery, cooked, finely chopped

Preparation

Boil the peas, carrots and celery in salted water for approximately 30 minutes.
In a salad refractory stir the cooked vegetables (peas, carrots and celery) together with the cooked codito pasta and the drained tuna. Mix carefully so as not to disrupt the pasta. Reserve.

PRESENTATION

Serves as an entree or as a main dish accompanied with lettuce salad. To complement you can prepare a broccoli cream.

TIPS

If you like you can add a quarter of cream cheese to the cream to give it a more gourmet touch.
