This is a way of preparing a tuna stew with a spicy touch and in a different way without being a salad, so it can give a touch of formality. It is also very simple and economical.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can chipotle chili, girl
  • 2 carrots, in cubes
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons butter

Preparation

Put the butter in the pan and add the carrots in cubes. Let cook until they are cooked.
Grind the tomatoes with the marinated chipotle peppers.
Add the previously drained tuna to the pan with the carrots.
Empty the mixture of tomato and chipotle in the pan.
Season with broth or salt. Leave cooking until it boils.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with panela cheese in strips or slices.

TIPS

It is recommended to accompany with flour tortillas, although it can also be accompanied with toast or crackers.
