Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 cups black olive, in slices
  • peppermint
  • feta cheeses, diced
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • olive oils
  • salt
  • 1/2 cucumbers, diced
  • lemon juice
  • basil
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the top of the tomato as if it were a "tapa" remove the tomato seeds so that only the outside part remains and reserve.
Drain the tuna water and mix with the olives, cucumber, feta cheese, mint and chopped basil, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon.
Fill the tomatoes with the tuna mixture and decorate with a large basil leaf and a mint leaf.
