Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of tomato poached and chopped
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 2 cups of tuna
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato puree
  • 1/2 Cup of potato diced, cooked
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 8 pieces of flour tortillas
  • enough of avocado in segments, to decorate
  • enough of coriander leaves to decorate
  • enough of green sauce to accompany
  • to taste of green lemon to accompany

    Preparation

    In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, onion, garlic, tomato, serrano pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
    Then add the tuna, tomato puree, potato, cilantro and lime juice, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 more minutes. Set aside.
    In a comal, heat the tortillas. Serve the tacos and decorate with the avocado and cilantro, accompany with green sauce and limes.
