6 portions
  • 1 package Noodle, cooked al dente
  • 250 cheddar cheeses, grated
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can corn grain, drained
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • leaves fresh parsley, washed and disinfected

Distribute the butter in a refractory covering it completely inside.
Place a layer of pasta, a bit of tuna, a handful of corn kernels, some parsley leaves, and two teaspoons of cream scattered all over the mold. Season with salt and pepper to taste, finally add a little grated cheese.
We will make the following layers like the previous one until finishing with the ingredients, remember to pepper each layer, in the last layer add cheese until it covers completely.
Take the oven to a temperature of 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves hot

Serve on a flat plate with golden bread with butter and garlic to enhance the flavor. Generous amounts can be served to offer as a main course or in small portions as a garnish.

You can change the Cheddar cheese by Manchego or Oaxaca.
