Preparation
Boil the potatoes until they are well cooked.
Cut the top of each potato and with a spoon make a cavity.
Prepare the sauce with mayonnaise, cream cheese, yellow cheese, salt and pepper.

Fill the potatoes with this mixture.
Serve hot.
