Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 1/2 onions, chopped into small cubes
  • 1 tomtato, seedless and chopped into small cubes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into small cubes
  • white mushrooms, clean and chopped into small cubes
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste
  • 100 grams manchego cheese, or chihuahua
  • 1/2 kilos puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Roll over the puff pastry sheet to make it thinner, about half a millimeter. Usually it comes folded and a little thick, it cuts squares of approximately 10 cm x 10 cm.
Grease muffin tins with a little oil. Place the puff pastry squares on them, making a small fold so that it takes the shape of the mold. Booking.
Sauté the onion, tomato and pepper, until the latter is soft. Add the mushrooms and tuna, season to taste with salt and pepper, and finally add the dried oregano.
Pour portions of the tuna that we already cooked to each puff pastry basket and top with cheese.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, bake for 20 minutes or until the puff pastry turns golden brown.
