This dish we love my family and me, because it is a good way to eat vegetables with protein with a very rich flavor. This recipe was taught to me by a friend of the family some years ago and since then we have kept it as part of our menu.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 can of Tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 zucchini tender
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • oils
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Preheat the oil in a pan. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl. Empty the tuna can and mix.
    Crumble the zucchini, put it in the bowl.
    Finely chop a little cilantro and add to the mixture.
    Salpimenta to taste. Form with your hands a kind of pancakes, and fry until they are golden on each side.
    Fry in the previously heated pan making pancake shapes

    PRESENTATION

    You can accompany them with rice and hot sauce.

    TIPS

    I use tuna in water to reduce fat intake and make it healthier for my family. Once fried put them on a napkin so that they absorb the excess of fat before serving them.
